Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and John Colin Munialo ("we", "us"), the operator of Go Postify (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. The Service

Go Postify helps small business owners draft, approve, schedule, and publish social media posts using AI-generated captions and images. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published.

3. Accounts and credentials

You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Service responsibly and lawfully. The following Acceptable Use rules apply to every account, generation, upload, and published post.

  • Spam and abuse. You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, fake engagement, fake reviews, or repeated unwanted content. Respect platform rules and recipient preferences.
  • Illegal content. You must not generate, upload, schedule, or publish content that is unlawful in any applicable jurisdiction, including content that promotes or facilitates illegal acts, violence, fraud, hate, harassment, discrimination, or the exploitation of minors.
  • Intellectual property. You must not use the Service to infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary right. Only upload, generate, or publish content you own or have clear permission to use. We may remove or disable access to material reported as infringing.
  • Prompt safety and jailbreaks. You must not submit prompts or other inputs designed to bypass safety filters, generate prohibited content, extract system instructions, expose underlying models, or produce output that would otherwise violate this clause. Misleading or harmful use of AI features is prohibited.
  • Security and integrity. You must not upload malware, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, scrape the Service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
  • Impersonation and regulated advice. You must not create deepfakes, impersonate others without authorisation, or publish AI outputs as a substitute for regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without independent verification.

We may review, filter, refuse, or remove any content or input that violates these rules. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations, and may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

5. AI-generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, for verifying the accuracy of AI outputs before publishing, and for ensuring you have rights to any content you upload. AI outputs may be inaccurate or contain errors and should be reviewed before use. We may filter, refuse, or remove outputs and inputs that violate these Terms, and may restrict or terminate accounts for repeated infringement. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact support@gopostify.app.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the business information, prompts, and media you submit. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the Service, and to publish approved posts to the social platforms you connect.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your chosen plan. You must not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

8. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from your account or via Paddle.

10. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (for example social networks via Zernio). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.

11. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
